Project Engagement

Quotation and Agreement

All projects begin with a consultation and quotation. A formal agreement or contract will be established before work commences, outlining project scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Generally, we require:

• Down payment before project commencement (typically 30-50%)
• Milestone payments as agreed
• Final payment upon project completion and delivery

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimated and agreed upon in the project agreement. Delays may occur due to scope changes, client feedback delays, or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the deliverables as specified in the project agreement. TIM-UYE reserves the right to:

• Display the work in our portfolio (with client permission)
• Retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or libraries used
• Use anonymized project data for improving our services

Warranty and Support

We provide a warranty period for bug fixes (typically 30-90 days after project delivery, as specified in the agreement). Additional support, maintenance, or feature development can be arranged through a separate agreement.

Limitation of Liability

TIM-UYE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any other non-public information.

Termination

Either party may terminate the project engagement with written notice. In case of termination:

• Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• TIM-UYE shall deliver all completed work to the client
• Any advance payments may be non-refundable depending on work progress

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or the courts of Indonesia.
